Is TutoTrack free to use?

Yes — TutoTrack is free to use while we're growing. No credit card required.

Do I need to install an app?

No installation needed. TutoTrack runs in your phone's browser. Just open the link and sign in — it works like an app without taking up storage.

How does per-class billing work?

When you mark attendance, TutoTrack counts present sessions. The fee is number of classes × your rate. Students who were absent are not charged.

Can I manage students across different batches?

Yes. Create multiple classes and enroll students in more than one. Each enrollment can have its own fee model and rate.

How do I collect fees?

TutoTrack sends WhatsApp reminders with your UPI ID to parents. Once payment arrives, you mark it as paid in the app. Full Razorpay integration is coming soon.

Is my data safe?

Your data is stored securely and each tutor's data is completely isolated. We do not share your data with anyone.
